Our MONSTER DRAFT events offer thrilling experiences for softball enthusiasts, each with its own unique appeal. These events bring together players from all walks of life and skill sets, creating a strong sense of community and camaraderie among participants. Our events are great fun, with great prizes and unforgettable moments, catering to different preferences within the vibrant world of slowpitch softball.
Not all draft events are the same in size, cost or team counts, but they are all professionally ran and super exciting!

ARE ALL MONSTER DRAFTS THE SAME SIZE, SAME PLAYER PACKAGES, AWARDS AND LOCATION?
No never the same, we mix everthing up giving players options on almost everthing. Some will be bigger team wise then others, some registration fee's smaller, prize and player packages will differ but we will always offer a great exciting tournament held in multiple locations.
IS THERE A MANAGER'S MEETING?
​Sometimes yes... Sometimes no. We will send out the details before each tournament.

IS THERE AN HR DERBY?
If time and field space allows. Stay tuned for details as we get closer to the event.

ARE THE TEAM UNIFORMS MANDATORY?
Yes... To build team camaraderie, we ask that you wear your team jersey while playing in your games.
ARE THERE ROSTER CHECKS?
Yes... All players must have legal photo ID/Drivers License on them at all times that match the name and DOB on your team's roster.
WILL YOU HAVE FOR $ALE ITEMS?
Yes... Each park will be selling balls, great swag like jerseys, jackets, hoodies, hats, beanies, bats, batting gloves, tumblers, and more! These are sought after items every year so get them as soon as possible before they are sold out and sizes start to diminish.

WHAT KIND OF BALLS ARE ALLOWED?
We use the best ball on the market...
12 inch Dudley Hardcore ZN’S for the MEN and SENIORS.
11 inch Dudley balls for the WOMEN.
We will supply 6 balls per team. All game balls will be NCS STAMPED DUDLEY BALLS.
We will have extra for purchase if needed.

CAN I PLAY ON MORE THAN ONE TEAM IN THE TOURNAMENT?
This is a hard NO! Once you are placed on a team, that is the only team you can play on for that particular event.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A TEAM NO-SHOWS?
If a team NO SHOWS and you receive a forfeit victory, this does give your team a win and counts toward your 4GG.

Join our Draft Invite list and we will reach out as we get the new dates and locations.

EXTRA INFO
ADULT/SENIOR DIVISIONS - IF NEEDED WE WILL COMBINE DIVISIONS TO HELP INSURE THE EVENT HAPPENS
UMPIRES:
We use one man system but we always try to use a two man system for semi’s and finals (not guaranteed, but very likely).
FIRST AID (WE DO NOT SUPPLY):
Please bring your own First Aid Kits, ice packs, and any other safety related items (we suggest purchasing team insurance to be safe).
FIELD PREP:
We usually do initial full preps each day and then just quick preps/water when we can if we have the time.
TRAFFIC INFO:
We can’t postpone games because of any freeway closures or heavy traffic. Plan on heavy traffic all weekend and leave to your park early.
PARKING LOTS:
Don’t leave valuables in your car. As with most cities, there are good areas and bad areas and each have their fair share of crime.
FOOD AND DRINKS:
Some parks allow outside food and drinks and some do not so check the event info page for rules regarding your park.

Before purchasing flights, or rooming accomadations you can't recover make sure to double check with us the event is a go and has enough teams. Always double check brackets regularly once released for any changes that may occur.
